AsanaAI Android application
Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using AsanaAI and its pose-analysis features.
1. The service
AsanaAI provides camera, gallery, voice-control and AI-assisted pose-analysis features. Some features require an account, internet access, Firebase services and the OpenAI API. Availability and response time can vary by device, network and provider.
2. Health and safety
AsanaAI provides automated informational feedback, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency assistance. AI output and pose detection can be inaccurate. Stop exercising if you feel pain or unsafe, use suitable surroundings and equipment, and seek advice from a qualified professional when appropriate.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your Google or email/password sign-in method and for information submitted through your account. Do not attempt to bypass limits, access another user's data, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully.
4. Your content
You keep responsibility for photos, video frames, voice recordings and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the right to process that content. You permit AsanaAI and its service providers to process it only as needed to operate the selected feature, secure the service and meet the retention and deletion rules in the Privacy Policy.
5. AI output
AI-generated analysis may be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for a particular person. Review it critically and do not rely on it as the only basis for a health, safety, legal or other high-impact decision.
6. Account deletion
You may request irreversible account and associated-data deletion in the app or through the external deletion process. Provider processing and limited technical retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes and support
Features and these terms may change. If continued use requires renewed acceptance, the app will present the current documents. For support, email [email protected].
