AsanaAI · How it works

A little more perspective
on your practice.

Use a photo or short video to take a closer look at a pose. Treat automated feedback as something to consider, alongside your own experience.

AsanaAI is an Android app. Analysis needs internet access and may take time. It is not medical advice, and it cannot determine whether a pose is safe for you.

1. Start with the example

Open the example before signing in to see how pose feedback is presented. The example is demonstration content, not a live analysis of your body. Sign in with Google or email/password to analyze your own material. Verify your email if the app requests it.

2. Choose your material

In the analysis gallery, choose a photo or a video from your device. Review the preview and the selected pose and settings before sending it. Choosing media alone does not start analysis. Keep your whole body in view, use adequate light and avoid people who have not agreed to be included.

3. Send it for analysis

Use the analysis action when ready. The app prepares the material and then sends the relevant images for processing. For video, it extracts frames on your device; it does not upload the original video. You can follow progress and cancel where the app offers that action.

4. Read the result

Compare the feedback with how the pose feels. The app may miss details or make mistakes. Stop if you feel pain or discomfort. More detailed analysis can take longer; changing a mode does not guarantee accuracy or a particular response time.

Camera and voice

The camera lets you capture a pose without choosing an existing file. Grant camera access when you use it. Voice commands require microphone access and may use remote transcription. Follow the commands shown in the app; a recording or spoken command does not guarantee recognition.

Your own poses

Use the pose catalog to choose a reference or add your own pose with a name and reference image. You can edit or delete your custom poses. This catalog is not a history of completed practice sessions.
